REQUIREMENTS:
⭐Filipino proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
⭐Fresh graduates or Undergraduates are welcome to apply
⭐Open to work in shifting schedule
⭐Customer Service experience is advantage
⭐Willing to work in Pasig City or Rizal

RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭐Respond to incoming calls and emails about the navigation systems from Indonesian clients
⭐Handle customer concerns and feedback, escalating issues as needed.
⭐Maintaining positive customer relations
⭐Identify technical problems efficiently and give detailed instruction on how to fix the issue
⭐Responsible to maintain and make sure that the customer records are updated
