Position: Accounting staff
Industry: Manufacturing company
Location: Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Schedule: 8AM – 5PM
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
⭐ Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
⭐ With at least 1- 2 years of experience in general accounting
⭐ Can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
⭐ Generates and prepares payment to vendor (thru check and telegraphic payment).
⭐ Reconciles with General Ledger Accounts Payable per Vendor
⭐ Records customer/suppliers payment collection
⭐ Reconciles with General Ledger Accounts Receivable per customer.
⭐ Reconciles with General Ledger Bank Balances
⭐ Prepares journal entries to adjust Sales Account when customers returned shipped product
