Position: Norwegian Service Desk Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)
Requirements:
🔵 Proficient in Norwegian and English Language
🔵 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
🔵 Knowledgeable in Computer application
🔵 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
🔵 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
🔵 BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
🔵 Provides basic troubleshooting for customers
🔵 Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer
🔵 Responding to the concerns of the clients via phone call or email
🔵 Perform other related tasks
