Position: French Customer Service Analyst
Industry: Jewelry Manufacturing Company
Location: Lapu-Lapu Cebu City
Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000 gross
Schedule: Nightshift | Shifting
Work Set-up: Working Onsite

Requirements:
◉ Preferably Filipino that is fluent in French
◉ Proficient in both French and English
◉ Bachelor's Degree Holder
◉ Customer Service experience is a plus
◉ Willing to work in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
◉ Willing to work onsite

Responsibilities:
◉ Guides the customer in Repair and Services inquiries. Works directly with Repair & Service group to track status and completion dates
◉ Responsible for handling customer support and technical-support related questions of customers and partners
◉ Help customers with information about the products and services, using relevant call handling protocols outlined in the Procedures
◉ Assist in Tracking and distributing information of orders
