Location: Novaliches, Quezon City (SM City Fairview)
Schedule: Dayshift-Midshift Schedule

Salary: PHP 40,000 – PHP 60,000

Requirements:
💎 Preferably bachelor’s degree in any course
💎 Preferably 29 years old below.
💎 Experience as a retail Store Manager, preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a clothing store/brand.
💎 Experience in customer service, and enjoys interacting with different types of people
💎 Experience in handling a team and work in a fast-paced environment
💎 Willing to be assigned and transferred to other branches
💎 Proficient in Mandarin language (Read, write and speak)

Responsibilities:
💎 Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
💎 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
💎 Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
💎 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
💎 Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits/sales, etc.
💎 Actively maintains a global brand image.
💎 Manage daily store operations that includes assisting all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
