Position: German Human Resources Specialist
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 90,000 Gross
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PH time)
Work Setup: Onsite for Probationary period and remote work for 10 days in a month upon regularization

Requirements:
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write German in conversational level
◉ Bachelor's degree holder of any course
◉ Can Communicate in English (Conversation)
◉ Willing to work or relocate at Pampanga
◉ Customer Service experience is a plus but not required
◉ Has an experience or background in Recruiting processes is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
◉ Interview job candidates via calls or any online platforms.
◉ Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
◉ Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
◉ Delivers the expected number of processed applications per day, as set by the manager
