JOB DETAILS :

Position: Norwegian Technical Support
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 80,000 - PHP 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)
Requirements:
🧡 Proficient in Norwegian and English Language
🧡 At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
🧡 Knowledgeable in Computer application
🧡 Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
🧡 Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus
🧡 BPO experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
🧡 Responsible for answering basic technical inquiries/concerns of customers
🧡 Maintains system functionality by testing computer components.
🧡 Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
🧡 Perform other related tasks
