Requirements:
💫 Bachelor's Degree of HR, Organizational Development, Political Sciences, Educations or related fields
💫 Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources field
💫 Proficiency in Mandarin and English language
💫 Proven work experience as an HR business partner
💫 Excellent people management skills
💫 Analytical and goal oriented
💫 Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
💫 Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
💫 Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
💫 BS degree in Human Resources or related field


Responsibilities:
💫 Ensure full implementation of HR Process in the following department; Recruitment, On Boarding & Regularization, Performance Review, Talent Management, Employee Discipline, Employee Engagement Programs, Rewards & Recognition
💫 Prepare agreed HR reports for submission to the HR Director and stakeholders on time.
💫 Maintain the integrity of company and employee data and ensure all records comply with the agreed program.
💫 Comply with all company standards and procedures, ensure proper compliance with administrative procedures, facilitate employee activities and employee relations programs.
💫 Manage on-site trainee management and manage employee recognition programs.
💫 Support Training Representatives ensure that all employees receive ongoing training through the company's standard training courses.
💫 Assists the Hiring Manager to ensure all locations are fully staffed with the required number of employees.
