JOB DETAILS :

✅At least 2-5 years’ experience as IT Network
✅Salary is range Php 80,000-120,000 (Negotiable)
✅Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field
✅Metro Manila
✅Hybrid/ WFH Setup
✅ Full-time / Regular Schedule
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for leading a team for customer service for handling inquiries from customers and clients.
• Responsible for ensuring that all issues are resolved through a time manner.
• Participating in management meeting for the concern of customers
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors in any Information Technology related courses.
• Experience at least 5 years’ experience as Service Desk
• Knowledge in TCP/IP routing, switching and VLANs, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with network hardware like routers, switches, and firewalls, from Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba.
• Solid experience in network management and monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, or PRTG.
• Relevant certifications are advantage.
