Position: Reservation & Ticketing Manager
Company Industry: Travel Agency
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday – Dayshift, Saturday – 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Salary: Php60,000-Php80,000
Work Set Up: Work onsite

Job Requirements:
📍 Bachelor’s degree holder
📍 At least 5 years’ experience in the same role.

Job Descriptions:
📍 Carry out ticketing & refunds activities & provide administrative support functions.
📍 Handle all requests via e-mail, telephone and fax & deal with all forms of enquiries regarding Airlines product, pricing & rules.
📍 Deal with rebooking recalculation & schedule changes as required.
📍 Issue of air tickets where an error rejection has occurred and cannot be issued automatically.
📍 Calculation and processing of Refund Tickets.
📍 Other tasks as assigned
