Position: Digital Marketing Manager
Company Industry: Financial Service
Location: Pasig
Salary Offer: Php100,000-Php120,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday / 9am – 6pm (must be willing to render OT)
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s Degree Holder
✨With supervisory/managerial experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
✨With experience in strategic and digital marketing is a plus
✨With experience working in a financial company is an asset
✨With experience handling multiple teams is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
✨Create business strategies and activities for all the products of the company
✨Collect, analyze and report sales data and trends about the industry and merchant status
✨Familiarize with the existing manuals and policies of the company
✨Prepare reports as required by superiors
✨Evaluate, provide feedback and train staff members
✨Create a plan to accomplish company sales, market positions and objectives
✨Recommends action plans for overall improvement of the team
✨Control and manage division and department expenses
✨Build good relationship with partner companies
✨Research and identify potential partners and clients
✨Accomplish related results and other activities as needed
✨Successfully carries out other duties as assigned
