Requirements:
☑️ Proficient in Mandarin and English
☑️Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related course
☑️Experience in related field is an advantage

Duties:
☑️Analysis of operations at the site and recommend measures to improve operations and volume.
☑️Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
☑️Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
☑️Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
☑️Proactively leads a joint strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
☑️Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
☑️Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
☑️Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers.
☑️Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
☑️Maintains contract with all clients to ensure high level of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner.
☑️Any other Ad-Hoc task given by the Territory Sales Manager or Commercial Manager.
