Requirements:
⭐Native Vietnamese currently residing in the Philippines
⭐At least 6 months experience in customer service
⭐Open for Highschool Graduates and Undergraduates
⭐Good English communication skills
⭐Amenable to work in Quezon City
⭐Willing to work in Shifting schedule

Responsibilities:

⭐Responsible in handling all requests, customer’s inquiries via Livechat/ Email/ Phone Call or any company available communication tools
⭐Respond, escalate, follow up, endorse and help resolve pending inquiries, requests and complaints
⭐Recommending, suggesting Ideals, feedback,… contribute to and develop and implement work improvement initiatives or business objectives
⭐Coordinating with other departments to solve the problems
⭐Assisting on data taking, providing daily, weekly or monthly data consolidation, analysis on report when required
⭐Provide timely information to Team Leader whenever there are critical issues to report.
