JOB DETAILS :
Client Profile:
The business has been operating in the market since 2015 and has been expanding to the Philippines for over 5 years. They are renowned for their prompt, efficient delivery and round-the-clock customer support.
Position: HR Manager
Industry: Logistics express delivery
Location: Legazpi, Albay
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
📢 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource management, psychology or any related course
📢 Demonstrated experience in Human Resource
📢 At least 5- 7 years of experience as HR Supervisor/Manager with proficiency in all facets.
Responsibilities:
📢 Oversees the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
📢 Forecasts manpower needs.
📢 Ensures accuracy of employee database (Office Needed)
📢 Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
📢 Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, as well as, complex and/or sensitive matters.
📢 Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.
📢 Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
📢 Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
📢 Monitors Fixed Assets management, requests, and inventory.
📢 Monitors the maintenance of the office and supervises the Utility personnel.
📢 Performs other duties as assigned.
