Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years plus of relevant experience in IT management roles.
• Strong technical knowledge in System Administration, Networking, PBX, Firewall- SonicWall.
• Well aware of IT securities and compliance including ISO 27001, SOC2 Type II Etc.
• Lead and manage the operations of various processes, including KPO/BPO, Virtual Assistance, Graphic Design, Call Center, and Insurance Processes.
