Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With experience in strategic planning, risk and/or change management is an advantage
✨With experience/knowledge in Magento and Zendesk platform is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
✨Plan and implement projects
✨Define the scope, goals and deliverables of the project
✨Manage and collect project team
✨Allocate and manage the budget for the project
✨Create project timeline and schedule
✨Lead and support the team
✨Lead in quality assurance
✨Report and present the progress of reports
✨Assess and evaluate project result
✨Fact gathering and assign coordination
✨Search for revenue and feasibility opportunities
✨Add Zen Desk talk to the company’s platform
