Position: Learning & Development Manager
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: To be discussed upon job offer
Salary: Negotiable depending on years of experience
Work Set Up: Hybrid
Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
✨A total of 10 years of combined working experience in HR Strategy, Employee Value Proposition Design & Development, Change Management, Data Analytics.
✨Amenable to work on site and to work from home
Job Descriptions:
✨Make recommendations and guide the department's on staffing strategies and opportunities.
✨Supports the department's with identifying and communicating the staffing strategy impacts to the Markets.
✨Communicate with Market HR teams supporting the Global Team to integrate the staffing strategy.
✨Provide guidance to the department on performance, rewards, and other HR processes
✨Understand growth priorities for the company and shape staffing plan
✨Design and deliver global initiatives for the employee value proposition.
✨Collaborate with other HR Leads to create programs and initiatives across respective sectors
✨Collaborate with Learning team in creating a learning strategy.
✨Promote a people-centric culture and coach lead accordingly
✨Ensure integrated change management and communication are being developed and implemented.
✨Monitor staffing numbers from standard reports when needed.
✨Collaborate with broader global HR teams to encourage staffing in Industry
✨Other tasks as assigned.
