Client Profile:
Well known BPO company that was established year 2005 by a multinational outsourcing in the industry. The company’ s goal is to expand their company around the world and known to be the most performing BPO company in the world.
Position: Corporate Accountant (US GAAP or International Accounting)
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 40,000 to Php 50,000
Schedule: Nightshift
Work Set up: Hybrid (2-4 times a month work on site)
Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder.
✨Working experience in US GAAP or International Accounting for at least 1-3 years
✨Willing to work onsite in Pasay
Responsibilities:
✨Managing expenses and process payables and invoices.
✨Assist with employee expense report review and payments
✨Maintain documentation for credit card transactions and perform credit card reconciliations
✨Record journal entries.
✨Prepare internal reporting and filings
✨Prepare bank reconciliations
✨Create a documented processes and procedures manual
✨Coordinate with Fund Accounting for new fund offerings
✨Assist with tax filings, etc.
✨Maintain cash reconciliation and support payment review, cash controls and cash forecasting
✨Ad-hoc analyses on financial and operational results
✨Any other related processes required by Finance & Accounting Group
