Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend off

Requirements:
🎉 Any Bachelor’s degree or Vocational graduate.
🎉 Work experience in the Insurance Industry
🎉 With at least 3 year’s work experience.
🎉 Amenable work on On-site.
🎉 Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:
🎉 Someone who has a background or is knowledgeable about Insurance back-office support
🎉 Manage a team of staff
🎉 Prepares reports and monitor KPIs
🎉 processing some Quote Summary & Proposal, Certificate of Insurance (COI), Endorsements, Document Indexing & Filing
🎉 Policy checking & Policy Servicing, Renewals Processing
🎉 Assist in the handling of additional insured and specialized certificates, endorsements, policy review as well as associated change requests.
🎉 Complete all company and Acord apps from Agency applications. Group Health
🎉 Process loss runs, renewal questionnaires, loss summaries, cancellations, and delinquents
🎉 Ability to learn and maintain workflow
