Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 90,000 gross (Still Negotiable)

Requirements:
🟠 Open for Filipino National who can speak, read and write Italian
🟠 Open for any Foreign National who is proficient in Italian
🟠 At least conversational in English
🟠 Open for Graduate, Undergraduate, or High School Graduate
🟠 Experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
🟠 Amenable to work in shifting schedule
🟠 Willing to work onsite in Taguig City

Responsibilities:
🟠 Responsible to identifies, investigates and resolves users problems with computer software
🟠 Answering technical-related inquiries via call, chat, email, or other communication from users
🟠 Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes
🟠 Perform other related tasks needed
