Position: Italian Helpdesk Representative

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 100,000
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
❍ Open to Filipino national who can speak, read, and write both Italian and English languages
❍ Open for Undergrad, Vocational or High School Graduate
❍ At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
❍ Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages but not required
Responsibilities:
❍ Responsible in detecting any software problems or errors
❍ Performs Basic Troubleshooting
❍ Assisting customers in fixing and identifying any software or hardware problems with their product
❍ Explaining the procedure on how the applications were developed
