Client Profile: This company assist different organizations to increase their performance by providing resolution and services in technology, operation and strategy. They are serving more than 38 years here in the Philippines.

Position: HR Rewards Specialist | Compensations and Benefits Specialist
Company Industry: BPO
Location: Mandaluyong
Salary Offer: Php70,000-Php80,000 Gross
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With experience in TR specifically on planning and strategy is an advantage
✨With analytical experience such as analyzing, insights and recommendations is a plus
✨With experience in HR is an asset

Job Responsibilities:
✨Design, create, and execute total rewards processes, policies, and programs
✨Plan and coordinate the timely execution of all operational transactions relating to compensation, benefits, pensions, and equity programs
✨Process operational transactions for the Total Rewards function.
✨Contribute to the development and implementation of global norms, frameworks, toolkits, and techniques.
✨Manage substantial improvements to Total Rewards systems, tools, and processes.
✨Serve as the subject matter expert.
✨Carry out obligations such market data collecting, market intelligence, analysis, and target development.
✨Create an enrolment package and process for employees. Draft and send communication to employees.
✨Monitor the salary and pension plans.
✨Accountable for the operational management, implementation, and ongoing operation of Global Compensation initiatives and projects.
✨Serve as a day-to-day compensation link between HR and leadership/employees in allocated regions.
✨Responsible for successful service delivery in Compensation and Compensation Administration activities.
✨Assist the total rewards leader with various projects and activities in the overall rewards area.
✨Support the SE direct hire process by assessing incoming business cases for Accenture Leadership direct hire candidates.
✨Establish and develop relationships with multiple internal and external (offshore/onshore) customers.
✨Partner with other vendors (e.g., transfer agent, company brokers) to enable the successful end-to-end execution of Accenture Leadership equity transactions.
✨Maintain regular meetings with executives from external brokers, transfer agents, and local share plan companies.
