Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php27,000 basic + Php5,000-Php10,000 Allowances
Work Set Up: Work onsite
 
Job Requirements:
🎗 Bachelor’s degree holder
🎗 At least 6 months experience working in a retail company

Job Descriptions:
🎗 Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
🎗 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
🎗 Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedure
🎗 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
🎗 Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits/sales, etc.
🎗 Actively maintains a global brand image.
🎗 Lead and manage store meetings
🎗 Other tasks as assigned
