JOB DETAILS :
Client Profile:
It is businesses contracting out business operations to an outside firm. Saving money, gaining time, and concentrating on the essentials of the company are the main objectives.
Position: Data Privacy and Compliance Officer (DPCO)
Industry: BPO company
Location: Ortigas Center Pasig City
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in law, Information
✨ Security, Business, or related fields.
✨ Minimum of 3 years of experience in data privacy and compliance roles, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
✨ In-depth knowledge of data protection laws
✨ Strong understanding of online lending applications and related compliance requirements.
✨ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
✨ Certified Data Protection Officer. Familiar with data protection and privacy compliance in a Construction setting.
✨ Cyber Security or Legal background is an advantage
Responsibilities:
✨ Develop, implement, and maintain data privacy policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations.
✨ Monitor changes in data protection laws and update organizational policies accordingly.
✨ Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to online lending and financial services.
✨ Collaborate with legal counsel to interpret and apply regulations effectively
✨ Perform regular internal audits to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
✨ Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address compliance gaps.
