Position: HR Generalist – Expat Management
Company Industry: Hotel and Casino
Location: BGC Taguig
Salary Offer: Php28,000-Php35,000
Work Schedule: Weekends Off | 9AM 6PM
Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
✨With experience as an HR Generalist, preferably with an emphasis on expatriate management is an advantage
✨With experience with immigration laws and regulations is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
✨Streamline the onboarding process for expatriates to ensure a smooth transfer into their new workplace.
✨Work closely with immigration advisors and legal teams to verify that expats have the proper work permits and visas.
✨Keep track of changes in immigration rules and regulations.
✨Maintain accurate and current records for expatriate personnel.
✨Maintain compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
✨Help expatriate employees understand and receive their benefits.
✨Serve as a bridge between expatriate personnel and other internal departments.
✨Support expatriate performance management, which includes goal setting, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
✨Offer aid and support during emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
✨Other jobs to be allocated by the administrator. Manager/HR Director.
