Position: Japanese Marketing Coordinator - Social Listening & Reporting
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Industry: Marketing Agency
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000
Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Dayshift
Work Set-up: WORK FROM HOME
Requirements:
JLPT level of N1 or N2 Passer/Level
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years or more work experience in social listening and analytics.
Experience in client management or stakeholder management
Proficiency in using social listening tools like Sprinklr, native platforms.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyse online consumer and business conversations to understand topics, volume, and
sentiment
Provide real-time competitor, product, and category insights through social landscape reports.
Assess the potential effectiveness of campaigns and social content, recommending improvements based on
performance.
Collaborate with other pods to optimise social media campaigns and content based on performance data
Continuously update queries, keywords, and Boolean strings to capture relevant and recent data
