Position: Norwegian Electronic Helpdesk Representative
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: McKinley, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (once or twice of working onsite per week.)

Requirements:
❍ Open to foreign nationals who can speak Norwegian and English language
❍ Computer and internet savvy - can navigate through Windows/Internet with ease.
❍ Experience in handling IT or Technical Support is a plus

Responsibilities:
❍ Attend to inquiries of customers regarding hardware or software problems of computer and provides necessary solution
❍ Installing and configuring hardware and software
❍ Perform other related tasks
