Position: German Team Leader
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: PHP 110,000 - PHP 115,000 gross
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set up: Work From Home Set up

Requirements:
➤ Open for Foreign nationals can speak German language with permanent residence
➤ Bachelor’s degree holder
➤ Preferably Filipino national can speak fluently in German
➤ Amenable to start as soon as possible
➤ Has experience leading or managing a group of people
➤ Has team leader or any management background
➤ Has customer service background
➤ Has leadership and management background
➤ Knows BPO industry and customer service

Responsibilities:
➤ In charge of daily operations of the German Agents
➤ Handle the team of German Account for schedule and performance management
➤ Manage day to day schedule of the German agents (Filipino mostly)
➤ Handle performance and help the agents to achieve the team and company’s goal
➤ Provide feedback, support and professional coaching if needed
➤ Handle German email and chat support agents doing customer service
