Client Profile:

Well- known manufacturing company that produces machines for aerospace, agriculture, constructions, mining machine and production machines are created since mid- 1950’ s in Japan. The company produce and distribute their products around the world and the main distributor of Asian machines supplies are from the Philippines ranch.
Position: HR & General Affairs Staff
Industry: Manufacturing company
Location: Technopark, Laguna
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am-4pm
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
🔱 Graduate of BS in Psychology. BSBA Human Resource Management or any Business Administration related to the field.
🔱 At least two (2) years of experience in different HR facets

Responsibilities:
🔱 Responsible for the overall training process in accordance with ISO Procedures
🔱 from Training needs analysis to training effectiveness evaluation
🔱 Handling employee labor relations in accordance with DOLE
🔱 Review and update employee rules and regulations
🔱 Responsible for ISO Documents keeping safe and updated
🔱 Monitor daily office administration functions including: office cleaning, maintenance of office equipment, purchasing office supplies, company car booking arrangement, flights, hotels, mailings, deliver administrative support to expatriates'
🔱 Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, transport and any work related.
🔱 Keeping records of documents, seals, fixed assets and equipment, consumables and all other necessary company needs.
🔱 Perform business to facilitate corporate activities such as general affairs, document creation and management and welfare.
🔱 Welcome and Greet visitors upon entrance and provide translation service.
🔱 Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies. Responsible for handling general affairs and office management such as photo machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water AC, pantry, snacks.
