Company Profile: A globally owned company that catering over 800 clients. They provide consultancy services for back-office need, digital, Information technology solutions and other services.
Position: Senior Legal Counsel-Data Privacy
Company Industry: BPO / IT COMPANY
Work Location: Taguig
Work Schedule: Upon discussion
Salary: Php100,000 above
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set up
Job Requirements:
🎑 Bachelor’s degree holder
🎑 At least 4 years of experience in a data privacy function
🎑 Knowledge of data governance, data management principles, strategies and frameworks
🎑 At least 4 years leadership or managerial experience
Job Descriptions:
🎑 Design, develop and deliver training and guidance on privacy aspects globally and with regard to specific jurisdictions
🎑 Support client facing work such as client assessments and contracts
🎑 Provide advice to ensure data privacy issues are considered at the outset of new services and etc.
🎑 Develop and deliver guidance and training for internal audiences
🎑 Build and maintain strong and trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, in particular with legal, risk, information security and business teams
🎑 Other tasks as assigned
