Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree in any related field.
✨At least 3-5 years experience in strategic business partnering
✨Experience in BPO company is an advantage.
✨Amendable to work in shifting schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
✨lead a team of HR leads for client accounts and people advisors.
✨Make sure staff members receive career planning and development
✨Create and carry out local employee appreciation and engagement initiatives for the DTE in accordance with the entity strategy.
✨Make sure that all clients are receiving the best possible field HR talent deployment, and that the HR teams assigned to these clients are providing services in an efficient manner.
