Position: Talent Strategy Manager
Company Industry: BPO Company/ IT Company
Location: Mandaluyong
Salary Offer: Php 100,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Work Set Up: Hybrid Setup

Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
✨At least 3+ years managerial or supervisory experience in a related field.
✨Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage.
✨Amendable to work in a shifting schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
✨Work together with more expansive international HR teams (Talent Arch, HR Reporting, Talent Supply Chain) to assess and design the necessary changes to HR systems to promote recurring employment in the sector.
✨Supervise the Industry Group's Succession Planning for the Industries.
✨Monitor on the talent metrics for the Global Industry Group via standard reports, which may include hiring, recurring employment, skill development, and attrition. When necessary, bring up issues and offer solutions to the IPC.
