Job Description:
• Sorting invoices, Shipping Notifications, Credit Memo, and the like to specific folders.
• Send email to vendors attaching remittance statement and letting them know the check is coming in the mail.
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of 5-15 sent by employees.
• Create other reports, letters, and statements as per the client’s request.
• Create quarterly Total Compensation Statements Bonus for eligible employees.
