Salary Offer: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set up

Job Requirements:
🚩Bachelors degree in Engineering or any related field.
🚩At least 4 years experience in Total reward specifically on planning and strategy.
🚩At least 3 years analytic experience in analyzing, insights ans recommendation.
🚩Amendable to work in a BPO company.

Job Responsibilities:
🚩Create, Develop, and Implement Complete Reward Systems, Policies, and Programs in Constraint with HR and Business Strategies.
🚩Aid in the creation and implementation of international standards, frameworks, toolkits, and procedures (providing specifications, concepts, and resources)
🚩Create the employee enrollment package and procedure.
🚩Act as a day-to-day compensation interface for HR and leadership/employees in assigned areas
