Job Requirements:
🚩Bachelors degree in any related field.
🚩At least 3 years experience as HR Generalist and strategic business partnering.
🚩HR Experience handling BPO account is an advantage.
🚩Amendable to work in a shifting schedule.

Job Responsibilities:
🚩Ensure that all operations follow global policies and procedures by communicating, adapting, and implementing the strategic direction of each one.
🚩Make and carry out short-term tactical plans to maximize workforce, leverage technology, and human resources efficiently to satisfy financial targets and SLA performance indicators.
🚩Make sure the GU People Services team is integrated with the GU's Field HR and Cross Business Service Delivery teams.
