Salary: Php70,000 - Php80,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set up

Job Requirements:
👍 Bachelor’s degree holder
👍 At least 2 years’ experience in Total Rewards

Job Descriptions:
👍 Establish and build relationships with multiple internal/external (offshore/onshore) customers
👍 Monitor compensation and pension programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and Work Council agreements
👍 Plan and coordinate the timely processing of all operational transactions related to compensation, benefits, pensions and equity programs
👍 Manage significant enhancements to Total rewards systems, tools and processes, designing processes, procedures, systems requirements, reports, policies and others
👍 Other tasks as assigned
