Job Requirements:
🌹 Bachelor’s degree holder
🌹 At least 2-3 years’ experience in the related role.
🌹 Has experience in US GAAP and SEC.

Job Descriptions:
🌹 Create and maintain the quarterly/annual reporting calendars
🌹 Manage the flow of information and supporting documentation from various parts of the Company.
🌹 Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements and financial data
🌹 Collaborate with the accounting and cross-functional teams regarding the reporting processes
🌹 Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for SEC and statutory filings, and perform tie-outs/validations of filings.
🌹 Support the stock-based compensation administration and accounting process.
🌹 Assist with providing information for the proxy statement.
🌹 Assist with establishment, documentation, and maintenance of company accounting policies and SOX compliance procedures.
🌹 Support the external annual audit and quarterly review processes.
🌹 Other tasks as assigned
