Qualifications
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature /Advertising / Public Relations
• 4+ years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing
• Extensive expertise planning, reviewing, and delivering several training modalities such as instructor-led trainings, web-based trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides.
