Position: Indonesian Service Desk
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php80,000-Php85,000
Schedule: Shifting with 2 days off

Requirements:
⭐Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing Indonesian
⭐Indonesian National in the Philippines
⭐Bachelor’s Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
⭐Must have work experience in Technical Support/ Service Desk positions
⭐Knowledgeable in computer applications

Responsibilities
⭐Answer and resolve customer inquiries via chat, email and/or phone
⭐Respond to customer inquiries regarding concerns and issues
⭐Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
⭐Build sustainable relationships with customers
