A globally owned company that catering over 800 clients. They provide consultancy services for back office need, digital, Information technology solutions and other services.
Position: Business Process Officer
Industry: Trading Company
Location: Santo Tomas, Batangas City
Salary: Php 18,000 - Php 25,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Weekends Off / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Set up: Work On Site
Job Descriptions:
✨Responsible for forecasting, issue, new inquiry and coordinate to Supplier
✨Responsible in Customer Quotation/ Sales Invoice.
✨Responsible in handling customer concerns.
✨Ensure accurate consolidation of Shipping documents
✨Record purchase order from the clients and monitoring availability of stocks.
✨Checks and update monitoring of delivery schedule.
✨Prepare and Issue Statement of Accounts to customers.
✨Maintains and updates records for monthly report.
✨Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder in any field
✨Candidate with experience in processing government documents like PEZA, BOC and other documents for at least 1 year
✨Willing to attend face to face interviews.
✨Willing to work on a full time work on site job.
