Client Profile:
Japanese business that has been around for nearly 160 years, having been founded in 1858.
They are the leaders in international trade and import/export of various products.
Position: HR Generalist reliever
Industry: Trading Company
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Trading Company
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
✅ Graduate of Human Resources Management/Psychology
✅ with 2-3 years of experience as HR Generalist
✅ with experience handling payroll system.
Responsibilities:
✅ Facilitate the recruitment process to ensure the smooth flow of sourcing, scheduling of applicants, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
✅ Conduct company orientation and prepare onboard documents to newly hired employees.
✅ Keep accurate records and monitor the attendance record of all employees including agency hired.
✅ Process timekeeping and payroll including various government mandated benefit payment.
✅ Prepare Notice to Explain to employees who violated the company policy and conduct administrative hearing if necessary.
✅ Ensure that HR policies are properly disseminated.
✅ Process all employee data input to the HRIS.
✅ Handle company benefits administration.
✅ Handle the processing of VISA, Alien Certificate Registration I-Card, Special Working Permit and Alien Employment Permit of all Expatriates.
✅ Handle Globe corporate accounts and safekeeps company phone and simcards.
✅ Check Statement of Accounts/Billings of Manpower Agencies and Car Rental Providers.
