Job Requirements:
✨Bachelors Degree in a related field.
✨At least 2-5 years experience in change management related programs.
✨Experience working on Digital Transformations.
✨Experience working in a BPO Company.

Job Responsibilities:
✨Help design and implement business processes.
✨Work with the HR transformation team for change strategy.
✨Assist clients in developing their change capability.
✨Support business transformation change programs.
