Position: Japanese System Development Manager
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasig, Ortigas Center (temporary WFH)
Salary: Php 120,000 above (gross) (Negotiable depending on experience and skills)
Work Schedule: Flexible hours In/7:00-10:00 Out/16:00-19:00 (8 hours per day)

Requirements:
・Japanese national
・Daily conversational English
・willing to work in Pasig
・Experience in upstream processes (requirement definition, basic and detailed design, etc.)
・Knowledge of PHP development
・Daily conversational level of English

Responsibilities:
As a leader of each development project, you will be responsible for overall
・System design, development management, quotation creation, and quality control
・Meeting with clients (remotely)
・Instruct local engineers (in English) and manage them.
