Position: Mandarin Accounting Analyst (PHP 80,000 - PHP 110,000 gross)
Industry: Investment Company
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 110,000
Set-Up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
✔ Proficient in Mandarin and English
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
✔ 1 to 2 years’ experience in cashier and receivables management
✔ Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
✔ Ensure proper handling and reconciliation of cash balances and maintain accurate records.
✔ Maintaining accurate complete records, including ledgers, invoices and receipts and using documents to verify, record and process transactions
✔ Prepares and generates financial statements and reviewing monthly reports.
✔ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records of cash and accounts receivable.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
✔ Generate detailed constant reports on cash flow, outstanding receivables, financial performance and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
