Position: Mandarin Admin - Payment Specialist
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, 9 AM to 6 PM
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Negotiable
Work set-up: Work On-Site
Requirements:
◉ Filipino national can speak, read and write Mandarin
◉ At least Conversational level in English
◉ Preferably Bachelors degree of any course
◉ Knowleageable in Microsoft office
◉ Has 1 year experience in any payment related roles
◉ Open to work in Taguig City.
◉ Documenting customer payment plans, write reports, and make timely payments
◉ Organized yearly & quarterly budget according to planned business activities and set according to company goals
◉ Analysis of payment trends within the accounts and adjust according to trends and monthly usage.
Recruitment Process:
◉ HR initial screening
◉ Client’s interview for both English and Chinese Language.
◉ Hiring Manager for Final interview
