Job Description:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology.
• Relevant work experience in Technical Support, research, and knowledge in Cyber Security.
• Effective listening Skills
• Basic understanding of MS Access & Windows 2008-2012 server configuration
• Experience with SQL environment (MySQL & SQL Server
• Experience in resolving issues with the integrated software / Hardware solutions at the enterprise level
• Willing to be on call during weekends and scheduled holidays as part of rotating on call support schedule.
• Prepare reports as required
