Position: Cantonese Insurance Claims Support

Responsibilities:
✅ Answer emails and calls from insured Cantonese speaker about their policy
✅ Assist Cantonese patient on how much is the coverage for hospitalization
✅ Assist Cantonese patient with the requirements to get the amount of the policy
✅ Give Cantonese customers their policy type and its benefits
✅ Explain to Cantonese patients how to claim the amount of money
✅ Discuss the qualification to the patient to be qualified for reimbursement of fees
✅ Give list to the Cantonese the list of hospitals and clinics for check up
✅ Benefits of family member for the insurance
✅ Assist members with questions, inquiries, issues, and status related to their healthcare and benefits coverage.
✅ Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
✅ Provide empathetic and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls.

Requirements:
✅ Proficient in Cantonese and English.
✅ Open to Graduate and Undergraduate (2nd year college level as the minimum regardless of whether new (K12) or old curriculum).
✅ WITHOUT BPO healthcare background, required 1 year of BPO experience.
✅ WITH BPO healthcare background, required at least 6 months of BPO experience.
✅ Open to work in a Nightshift Schedule, 100% work on-site
