Position: Italian Technical Support Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Mandaluyong
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
👉 Fluent in both Italian and English
👉 Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
👉 Open for Undergrad, Vocational or High School Graduate
👉 At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
👉 Preferably with knowledge in PHP, Java, .Net, and other Programming Languages but not required
👉 Amenable to work in shifting schedule
👉 Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Quezon City
Responsibilities:
👉 Responsible for providing technical support in developing applications
👉 Escalate developer concerns to the next level
👉 Troubleshoot technical inquiries and concerns
👉 Explaining the procedure on how the applications were developed
