Position: Korean Technical Support Specialist

Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 110,000 Monthly
Schedule: Shifting with graveyard shift

Requirements:
✨Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Korean
✨Korean National with Permanent visa in Philippines
✨Bachelor’s Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
✨At least 6 month experience in Technical Support is a must
✨Willing to work onsite and shifting

Responsibilities
✨Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
✨Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
✨Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
✨Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
