JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels here in the Philippines accommodating local and foreign clients/customers.
Position: Mandarin Human Resource - Expat Administrator
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 60, 000
Industry: Hotel and Casino
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends Off (9 AM- 6PM)
Set-up: Work on-site | 2 days off
Requirements:
◉ Proficient in Mandarin, English and Tagalog.
◉ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
◉ With excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and excellent interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
◉ With strong organizational and multitasking skills.
◉ With 1 to 3 years as HR Generalist, with focus on expatriate management preferred.
◉ Familiarity with immigration laws and regulations
Responsibilities:
◉ Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
◉ Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
◉ Facilitate the onboarding process for expatriates, ensuring a smooth transition into the new work environment.
◉ Work closely with immigration consultants and legal teams to ensure expats have the necessary work permits and visas.
◉ Monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations, providing timely updates to expat employees.
◉ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for expatriate employees, including visa documentation, contracts, and personal information. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
◉ Act as a liaison between expatriate employees and various internal departments, including payroll, finance, and legal.
